Dear SEC,
Comment is very simple...it is time to do what has to be done. Abolish the grandfather law. It is illegal and just wrong. Please protect us, the investor. It is the function of your department. Until this is done, the market will continue to suffer and our place in the world market will also continue to suffer. The world is watching, now please just go do the right thing.
