I am pleased to have this opportunity to express my opinion about counterfeiting of stock shares by the selling of more shares than actually exist (FTD).
You formulated Reg.SHO to deal with this problem and would now like opinions from the general public as to what to do because Reg. SHO is so feeble and ineffective when dealing with the gargantuan counterfeiting problem.
I usge you to enforce the 1934 Law, which prohibits counterfeiting of shares.
Fight the good fight. There is no other choice.
