May 24, 2022 I strongly support the proposed rule change. Can you please implement immediately? Because all the information SP and Moodies (and other agencies) relies on is public and widely available, these credit rating agencies' work less useful. The risk of them being political and unfair and making the financial markets less efficient and transparent overweighs any benefit. Thank you, Jim
