May 19, 2022 Esteemed Commissioners, I am writing in support of the proposed rule changes. While at one point in history, data and information about public companies was difficult to obtain and its dissemination was slow and uneven, this is no longer the case. Today public required disclosures, a large and free media and other kinds of access to material information relating to public companies is ubiquitous. In this modern world, there is no need to keep any requirement for investments to be dependant on an unhealthy duopoly of private ratings agencies. Please take the correct and modern action by approving this rule change. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
