May 19, 2022 I am in favor of Removing References to Credit Ratings From Regulation M. The rating agencies are not transparent in their algorithms or decisions. Forcing the use of rating agencies causes unfair influence on the market. Investors of all size must NOT be controlled by the whims of Moodys and SP ratings.
