I support the proposed changes to remove references to credit ratings. In today's day and age the general public, working class people like myself have just as much access to all kind of information of publicly traded companies as the credit agencies have. We do not need credit agencies such as SandP and Moodys to give their biased opinions on certain companies that they do not like or do not recieve funds from. Perfect example is Tesla. (TSLA) has a much better financial foundation than most other companies in their sector, combined. Yet these two particular credit agencies refuse to upgrade Tesla to investment grade. Why ? Myself and many other ordinary investors have been suspect of corruption and slander for a long time now, but it seems very clear now that there is something going on behind the scenes at these credit agencies. Bribes ? Deals? Corruption? This has to stop. This is hurting ordinary retail investors/shareholders. Not only have these credit agencies lost their cre
dibility, but are suspected of fraud and corruption by the general public. This should be investigated, and put to an end.

Thank you.
