May 19, 2022 I am writing in support of this proposed rule change, S7-11-22. It is my opinion that the SP and Moody's credit rating scores provide no significant value to investors and may, in fact, dissuade potential investors in companies that can have a meaningful impact on society and/or provide a stepping stone to financial independence.
