May 19, 2022 I support S7-11-22. Credit ratings are obsolete, as a wide range of factual information on a company's credit worthiness is readily-accessible by the public. I also have concerns over potential conflicts of interest for credit rating agencies and an apparent inconsistency in the rationale behind current credit ratings. This requirement should be removed.
