May 19, 2022 I support this rule change as the credit rating system is antiquated. The ratings do not change in real-time and companies go through significant issues or bankruptcies and then have their ratings changed. I don't know the point this is trying to serve besides making sure someone has power over companies getting funding by keeping their rating lower than it should be.
