May 19, 2022 I support the proposed rules that the SP and Moody Credit ratings are obsolete and no longer add meaningful value as an indicator to the investor decision-making process to determine if a stock is a good investment or not. The Legacy requirement to use the credit rating as a decision-making indicator should be removed.
