May 19, 2022 I support the proposed rule change. Credit rating agencies have become obsolete in our world with so much information through the internet. Also when they rate Tesla, with nearly no debt and much cash with junk and other car companies with hundreds of millions in debt with very few cash reserves with investment grade, in my opinion this must be corruption obviously. This is only a way to buy your company a better look and this seems very much obsolete. I hope this will end soon and these rating agencies have to search for a real job with hard work instead of easy money from the richest. Greetings
