May 19, 2022 Hi, Thanks for letting me comment During my retirement I have had more time to reflect on and focus on investing. I have learned much about investing that I wish I had know long ago. I very much support this rule change. It seems to me that these rating agencies have way to much sway and only provide an opinion based primarily on what is now freely available information. That opinion can be helpful or it can be very very bad. Too much trust in this option by the rating agencies is not beneficial and should not be mandated or even allowed.
