May 19, 2022 Hi, Thank you for doing this. I support the proposed rule change because credit rating agencies have become obsolete and largely irrelevant in today's world where information is no longer rare or difficult to access. Many excellent, profitable business are unfairly penalized and their growth held back by this obsolete, geriartric credit rating system that adds no value.
