Somebody needs to investigate the thieving managagers of the Direxion Daily Small Cap Bear 3X Shares Fund. On Friday 8/21/15 the Nasdaq composite declined 3.52% and the Direxion TZA 3X Daily Small Cap Bear Fund only increased 3.82%. If I do the math, 3 times 3.52 would equal 10.56% NOT 3.82%. They have no problem decreasing the value 3 times when the Nasdaq increases and this is not the first time this has happened. It should be the responsibility of the SEC to investigate matters like this and shut down scam artists like Direxion Fund Managers.
