I would kindly ask the SEC to define the terms qualified investor as broadly as possible and allow members of the general public to purchase stocks as they please. Please keep a company using Regulation A+ exempt from state Blue Sky laws. By suppressing funding and the ability to freely invest, you are ultimately suppressing innovation. I am an entrepreneur and developing a new startup that would greatly appreciate and prosper thanks to the benefits of Regulation A+ by giving me a more reasonable means of raising startup capital.
