I encourage the SEC to define qualified investor as broadly as
possible and to keep a company using Regulation A+ exempt from state
Blue Sky laws. This law could help spur the economy with new
businesses and new jobs.
It is time that the banks/lenders/stock establishment was broken open
and the 90% gets our chance to play this game on a more even field.
