Why didn't we get a chance to submit comment before you make up rules about digital assets? Fire Gary Gensler if he isn't honorable enough to retire. You have made a mistake now do what is right and stop. Legislators and citizens should decide what the laws are and how they apply to something completely new like digital assets.
