Hello again Chairman Gensler and all the directors at the SEC,
My name is Jack Pieper. I am a student, and an active participant in US markets. I think the disclosure updates are important because clearinghouses are exposed to unique risks that need to be monitored. All actors within our centralized system should be required to have the risk mitigation strategies that are outlined in this rule amendment. I think this proposed rule will be beneficial to ensuring the longevity of the US markets.
I strongly support this rule change, and Chairman Gensler and his team have my support. It is disheartening to see so many bots on the internet try to push anti-SEC propaganda. Stay the course. The USA needs strong regulatory bodies that can actively prevent corruption, something that this rule allows for the SEC to do.
