February 26, 2023 -I support The Rule as a good place to start. Items which contribute to climate change are symptomatic of our flavor of capitalism. To date, the corporate world has been able to keep their environmental score card allusive from investors. More and more investors are prioritizing their investments towards industry that is environmentally conscientious. Some of these investors motivated by environmental considerations while others are motivated by their belief that environmental matters will impact their investments. In either case, green is king. To this end, I don't think The Rule goes far enough. Some of the language is ambiguous. Do away with words like \"some\" and \"in part\". A full Environmental Impact Assessment should be a part of all publicly traded commodities along with a degree of confidence rating based on known science towards that assessment.
