To Whom it May Concern: Under no circumstances should ESG scores be considered as a feature of the American economy. They are an anti-liberty, authoritarian method of silencing people and ensuring those guilty of heterodoxy are denied access to civil society. Only the CCP and their apologists could possibly endorse the adoption of such an odious and unscientific process of evaluating companies and human behavior. ESG has no place in a free society.
