I am completely against this rule. There is NO business purpose to it and is only an attempt to further more companies in needless regulations with the only purpose of advancing some political agenda. It is already hard enough to do business today without these silly kinds of rules. My husband and I are retired and live on investment income. We are against anything that wastes time, money and negatively impacts a company's profits. Karol Latham
