I am in opposition to this rule. The Climate change is not a problem . We can easily account for seas rising a foot in next century. The CO2 is life giving gas, necessary for all the life in the earth. There are innumerable studies documenting plants benefitting from the rise of CO2. The proposed solutions, like solar cells and windmills are highly damaging to the Environment, a lot more than the CO2 can ever cause. They require major resources, lots of energy, which takes a long time to return. They are major generator of hazardous waste! Finally, they cause high energy prices, blackouts and inflation.
