I am writing to comment on;
"The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) is extending the comment period for a release proposing amendments to its rules under the Securities Act of 1933 (“Securities Act”) and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) that would require registrants to provide certain climate-related information in their registration statements and annual reports. The comment period for the release was originally scheduled to close on May 20, 2022. The new comment period will end on June 17, 2022. This action will allow interested persons additional time to analyze the issues and prepare their comments, which would benefit the Commission in its consideration of final rules."

As an inheritor of Chevron stocks I have watched year after year on ballots as the Board has asked shareholders to vote "NO" on releasing Chevron's Climate Change data. Year after year, I have voted to Release the data and voted against every board member who suggested this idiotic decision to withhold data. Climate change is maming, murdering, and killinh the planet and the people on it. This past year, in this FAKE INFLATION period everyone is lying about, my stock has jumped from $110K to over $235K - all the while causing me to sell a car because I can't afford the fuel and causing the marginalized a lot pain! The SEC should include tougher language to force these companies to not only DIVEST from fossil fuels but we must FORCE CORPORATE CITIZENS to stop ignoring the planet and the stakeholders! Corporations started as a public trust and therefore, they should be returned to such a position and be forced to comply with releasing climate change data. Along with their support of "issue politics" that drive a wedge between company messaging and company ethos.

These monopolies are killing us. And what these billionaires don't realize is that their bunkers may be secure but when they've killed all of us from rising sea levels, from heat that kills cows, from air that 2.5 times dirtier than even WHO guidelines; do they not realize they are killing all of us, their god damned "slaves?" Will they know how to grow food, to pee without permission, or how to live an ethical life after screwing over so many, just do they can have their previous useless billions? Do they not realize WE MAKE THEM RICH? And they are simply profiteering off our backs, We can subvert these jerks with B Corps & Climate Certified companies that sell better products, are made ethically, and that sustain earth life versus murdering everything on the planet.

The SEC should do more, not less, since Congress is unwilling to do anything. Green energy is THE ONLY WAY FORWARD, hemp fibers versus Lithium for battery storage, etc. the SEC knows it, the marginalized know it, and the above human world is telling us to STOP THIS MADNESS!

Neoliberalism is killing us through a Christian Nationalist lens. The SEC has my permission and I have the SEC's back to stand up to these unconstitutional Corporate Citizen's, some old SCOTUS patriarchs decided was a good idea.

If the SEC won't stand up to these guys, you will force citizen action and we will subvert non-violently to shut these unethical business practices down. Do your job well, SEC, or we the people will be forced to do it for you!
