I am truly dismayed you are even considering such a measure. First, the SEC does not have authority over climate policies. Where is their scientific expertise? Your JOB is to investigate fraud, not penalize small businesses.

Those small businesses that survived the pandemic are barely keeping their heads above water. They are having the same supply chain and employment issues as major corporations. Now you would ask that person to show how climate change impacts their business and report on the businesses they buy from? When are they supposed to conduct business to STAY in business? And as far as their 'corporate boards' discussing climate change, is that one person company supposed to have discussions with themselves?

This proposal is ludicrous. It only proves that the goal of this administration is to strangle Americans with the 'Green New Deal' regardless of the cost to Americans. We are already seeing the policies were not thought out and implemented with due diligence to the ideal goals and proposed solutions of 'going green' immediately. Now you are trying to throw more bureaucracy at an average person trying to bring a decent living home to their families.

I stand against this proposal and hope level minds prevail and this is dropped without further consideration.
