June 17, 2022 I am very concerned with this proposal and wanted to voice my opinion on this issue. It creates a lot of unnecessary processes in a difficult economic crisis where there are many much more important items that need to be addressed. This proposed rule is not good for the average american consumer and would propose restrictions that are not in line with where we should be as a country. Many businesses that are already struggling would be impacted in a negative way and disproportionally small to medium size businesses. This appears to be more of a political agenda than an economic one and has very little support and perceived positive impacts to myself or anyone that I know. For this reason I am submitting my comments asking for this measure to be struck down. Thank you.
