I am a shareholder who initiated the first-ever successful shareholder resolution with a utility to reduce carbon in their power production portfolio in 2008. I undertook another resolution this year as the same utility, Idaho Power, is clearly greenwashing its investors, including largest investor, Blackrock. Little shareholders like me shouldn't have to undertake these expensive efforts to have our utilities report honestly to the public. Comments attached
