June 17, 2022 I would like to register my support for this proposed rule. Transparency in the disclosure of climate-related impacts will help investors make informed decisions about the risk (or opportunity) being carried by any particular company. There is a strong need to increase the understanding of the material impacts of carbon emissions on any company's performance. A standard approach to reporting will help companies limit the cost of preparing this information when they can follow a defined template.
