I do not think that the SEC has any authority over climate policies of businesses, nor does it have the scientific expertise to be granted such authority. I think that the creation/use of a social credit score exceeds the powers granted to any government agency. I ask that you do not pursue this policy. Karen Cook Pinehurst, NC
