June 14, 2022 While I appreciate the intent of these proposed rules and regulations, the result will be quite the opposite. The monetary waste and the waste and misuse of the human capital needed to even try to begin to accomplish the stated goals will be astronomical. There are much more cost effective ways through technological advancements to achieve the same goals without crushing the backbone of our country's economy. Let's rethink this and get it right. Please.
