My name is Kathryn Ramirez-Aguilar, PhD. I am a resident of Boulder, Colorado and the mother of two teenage daughters. I am very concerned about the future we are leaving our children because of climate change and what my children's future will look like in the face of climate change. I strongly support the Securities and Exchange Commissions proposal ((S7-10-22) to make sure that companies that do public trading report information on financial-risk connected to the climate. This is a responsible requirement by the SEC because there are real risks that investors and the economy (including the market) are taking on in connection to climate change. Even government studies have documented this. I support the SEC leading in this area to protect us all and enable informed decisions about investments with risk connected to the climate. Please put S7-10-22 into implementation as soon as possible. Sincerely, Kathryn A. Ramirez-Aguilar, PhD
