Dear SEC SEC Commentary, I urge you to reverse the SEC's radical climate disclosure rule that would punish businesses, especially in the oil and gas industry, with crippling climate change regulations. With gas prices soaring across the country, the last thing we need is for the American energy industry to become even more uncompetitive with the rest of the world.
