Dear Commissioner Gary Gensler, The proposed rule is an example of OVERREACH by the Securities and Exchange Commission and therefore submitting comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposed rule on the Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. Ranchers & Farmers like myslef are already burdened with regulations by multiple agencies at the state, local, and the federal level; also will face having to provide unknown costs. Climate sustainability; is also the job of elected lawmakers, not unelected regulators at the SEC, to adopt policies related to farms and ranches. Stay within your jurisdiction. Regards, Ana Marciel
