Re: File Number S7-10-22 (oppose SEC rule)

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

I oppose the SEC's proposed rule regarding climate disclosure (File Number S7-10-22). I urge you to abandon this fatuous and very dangerous rule, the intent of which is to help advance a far-left environmental agenda.
Environmental, social, and corporate governance ("ESG") has been used to coerce corporations into adopting leftist policies. The SEC's climate disclosure rule is an initial step to implement ESG on a governmental level, in emulation of the People's Republic of China.
This is not only dangerous because of the coercion of public companies, but also that it will encourage companies to impose a "social credit scoring" regimen on their consumers, so they can look "woker than thou."
Please do not adopt the SEC's proposed climate disclosure rule.

Sincerely,
Mr. Stephen H. Pulliam
