\*** Dear Sirs: I am vehemently opposed to this rule, especially for smaller operations which actually have a huge positive impact in todays Beef Industry. The proposed requirements would be extremely burdensome and essentially impossible to implement and would further reduce an almost negligible profit margin that small operations are able to exist.
