Increased regulation does not assist in the improvement of the environment, increasing the accessibility of environmentally friendly options to decrease the cost is where the benefit would help the people. Otherwise, you are just increasing costs to the consumer and increasing overall work for corporations, thus, increasing costs to the consumer for increased reporting staff or more stressed staff.
