\*** \***June 10, 2022 Based upon what I've read, I don't believe the SEC has the authority to do this. Only Congress has. Also, not only would it be nearly impossible for business to comply with the regulation, this proposed regulation will increase the cost of goods and services, driving up already record level of inflation. This is not beneficial to anyone and should not move forward.
