Since when did the SEC turn into an environmental supporting agency? The mission of the U.S. SEC is to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. SEC has no authority, nor has any business to make public companies to disclose climate related issues.

This only sounds like we have some green supporters in SEC who want to abuse their power/authority to force companies making unnecessary disclosure.
