I do not believe the SEC has the authority to make climate policies. The United States Congress does. An administrative agency can not be so over reaching and assume authority they absolutely do not have. This subject should be addressed by elected officials who we the people sent to do this work and make these decisions and are held accountable.
All this will do is add regulation and cost to the consumer. We see it time after time again and again. Inflation and rising costs are crippling the working public. All this will do is add to it and cost us all more.
