To Whom It May Concern: 


Why are you bypassing Congress on Climate change by asking Companies their various impacts on Climate change ? This is nothing more than legislation-by-regulation! This will saddle companies with new costs and shift them from job creation and innovation to compliance to a red-tape regulation which is not needed!
