To Whom It May Concern: I as an American oppose this 500 page document to be implemented. Any changes must be voted on by the public servants that have been elected in congress and the senate. In addition the American People and every company should be notified in writing with access to this 500 page document with no redactions. The time has come that elections may not come to pass through our house and senate, bill May have to be handed back to all the American people as we have seen the corruption.
