Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. We should not regulate any business or entity in any shape or form based on theories, opinions and very loose science. Setting standards based on this kind of rhetoric allows regulations to be manipulated by not setting a concrete set of laws. Climate change is 99% theory and speculation.
