Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. Whenever new volumes of complex regulations spin out from Washington beuraucrats, the unintended consequences blossom like uncontrolled weeds. The USA handicaps itself verses the other industrialized nations. We have no chance to compete. Please kill this latest nonsense.. It is not needed.
