Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. I concur with Commissioner Hester Peirce's March 22, 2022 statement against S7-10-22. Making such fundamental changes to the disclosure regime will harm the investors, the economy and the trust in your agency. Please, please do not adopt this rule. Thank you. Respectfully, Mary Lynam
