Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors, I am very much against any such additional regulations / filings. The laws which set up the SEC were all about protecting investors and keeping the playing field level. The proposed rules for Climate-Related Disclosures go beyond that original mission. Bill French
