Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. I am against this Legislation. The SEC should confine it's duties to the Financial Arena. It is up to investors to chose their requirements regarding any other positions taken by companies they are interested in and do their due diligence if they have concerns.
