The SEC's proposed sweeping new rules requiring publicly traded, and perhaps even private, companies to disclose extensive climate-related data and additional “climate risks” is one of the worst examples of government overreach I've ever seen. When did the SEC become the climate-change police? This is the height of government overreach that has a lot of small business owners who are the backbone of our economy scared They're already burdened by government bureaucrats and overregulation.
