The climate risk reporting requirement is LONG overdue. Private and public entities have demonstrated no meaningful progress or concern about environmental damages under policies of self-regulation. The politicians, legislative agents, and lobbyists promoting self-regulation are either deluded, self-serving, or downright nefarious actors. Oversight, and required reporting that has a major impact on stopping pollution, is existentially mandated. Any company unwilling to comply should be stripped of their right to do business in or with the United States. Please hold polluters accountable! Thank You, Prof. Michael Sigman
