I am opposed to the SEC proposed new rules requiring publicly traded, and perhaps even private, companies to disclose extensive climate-related data and additional climate risks. Implementing these proposed rules will have many detrimental consequences to businesses that our country relies on to function. These proposed rules are not fair or reasonable and should not be implemented. Sincerely, Karen Sauers
