May 25, 2022 The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently proposed new rules requiring companies to disclose their carbon emissions and study the impact of how their products increase climate risk and devastation. The Securities Exchange Commission is finally taking the impact of fossil fuels seriously. Fossil fuel companies have poisoned our air and water with zero accountability for far too long. Make no mistake: fossil fuel companies and industry giants will try to stop these climate rules from being implemented. I fully support these new rules.
