May 24, 2022 To Whom It May Concern: Count me as being pro-regulation, especially for strict regulation of those industries who lied to the public, and to the government, about climate science since the 1960s. Such conspiracy against the welfare of people of the USA cannot be rewarded - can it? Naive question but asking anyway. I don't wish to see reflexive, mindless regulation of anything. But a regulation means a protection. Thank you
